Health. Trust. Wealth. Love. Happiness.

Health. Trust. Wealth. Love. Happiness.

Just before the COVID-19 pandemic, my sister gifted me a big white vision board — a place to bring my visions, concepts, and long-term goals to life. I absolutely loved it.

With ideas constantly cooking by the second, the vision board became my daily compass — a visual reminder of where I wanted to be and how I’d get there.

The first thing I wrote across the top was my mantra:

Health. Trust. Wealth. Love. Happiness.

1. Health

I knew that if I wanted to accomplish anything else on that board, I had to make health my top priority.

As a believer in our Creator, I asked for guidance to help keep my mind strong. With inconsistent care and limited support — sometimes just two caregivers for seventeen clients — I had to stay alert, determined, and focused.

At the end of 2025, I’ll celebrate five years alcohol-free, and on February 25th, I’ll reach ten years cigarette-free.

That determination comes from my past as a resistance runner — I’ve always loved pushing myself.

Under “Health,” my board is filled with photos that represent strength and balance:

  • A sit-ski adventure with my sister in BC

  • Scuba diving and gliding

  • My arm bike and passive motion exercises

  • Massage, acupuncture, and therapy sessions

  • A personal chef and smart fridge

  • And a perfect smile — the kind that reflects peace within

Health is the foundation. Once I circled that track a few times, I was ready for the next step.

2. Trust

Trust is everything.

I have to trust that the work I’m doing in adaptive fashion is worthwhile — that the sacrifices, sleepless nights, and deadlines will all pay off.

I trust that the Creator has a plan, that He will open the right doors, and that those I choose to work with — manufacturers, suppliers, and partners — will respect and protect the authenticity of IverFashion.

Under this section, I have:

  • A cross with a heart beside it

  • The word VIRAL, underlined above IVER

  • Smart tech concepts

  • A photo of me telling my story to an audience

  • My book, Born Survivor

3. Wealth

Wealth isn’t just about money — it’s about patience, humility, and hard work.

I’ve added the word Patience to my board, with the letter P upside down and a dot beside it — my logo. I plan to ink it on my skin one day, a reminder of everything I’ve waited for.

Wealth and trust are closely linked. You must trust that the projects you dedicate your time and soul to will one day reward you.

Until that day comes, I’ll continue to stay humble, work hard, and keep building — because time always tells.

4. Love

Love yourself. Love what you do. Love who you do it with.

On my board is a photo of a man on one knee proposing.

In my version of that dream, I plan to put a ring inside my sneaker and tell my love to check what’s “hurting.” When she kneels down — boom — she’ll be the one on one knee as I ask the question.

This dream is still in the manifestation phase, but my heart remains open.

As a twin survivor and now a proud uncle to my sister’s baby boy, Gabriel (turning one on December 2, 2025), I can’t wait for the day I become a father — to teach my cubs everything I’ve learned about love, resilience, and purpose.

5. Happiness

The final piece of my mantra is Happiness.

Below it, I’ve placed an image of a roll-in airplane ramp leading into the sky — symbolizing freedom.

I’ve never physically traveled in my 43 years due to complex care settings that make independence difficult, but I keep faith that one day I’ll have the opportunity to roam freely.

Under “Happiness,” I’ve added:

  • A paradise getaway with palm trees and a ramp leading to the ocean

  • A roll-in glass shower, something I deeply miss

  • A log cabin home, an accessible SUV, and an indoor pool

  • A beautiful bed with a mirror above it, reflecting both love and the care I receive daily

These are not just dreams — they’re manifestations of hope.

Vision Is Clear. Now, It’s Time.

I’ve learned that vision without faith is just a picture, but when you add trust, work, and perseverance — it becomes your reality.

Each word on my vision board — Health, Trust, Wealth, Love, Happiness — represents a piece of me.

Because no matter what obstacles life brings, I’ll always live by the mantra that’s carried me this far:

Never. Give. Up.
